Your sound, one click away. Even with no internet.
No tab to hunt for. No wifi to hope for. Install Hum once, and it opens with your sound set up, on your computer and on your phone, with one account.

iPhone and iPad
Apple doesn’t let a website add itself to the Home Screen, so it takes three taps, once.
- In Safari, tap Share. On iOS 26, tap ⋯ first.
- Tap Add to Home Screen. Scroll down if you don’t see it.
- Tap Add. Hum sits with your other apps and opens full screen.
What you get with the Windows, Mac and Android apps
- One click to your sound. Hum has its own icon. Click it and you’re in, with nothing to find and nothing to type.
- Music with no internet. Save tracks in the app and they play from your device. On a train, on a plane, in a library with bad wifi.
- Keeps playing when you look away. Lock your phone or switch apps. The music carries on.
- One account everywhere. Sign in and your sound comes with you. You never set it up twice.
Three steps, then you’re listening
- Download the file for your device.
- Open it and install.
- Sign in, or set up your sound, and press play.
Questions
Is it the same Hum as the website?
Yes. Same music, same sound, same account. The app adds its own icon and tracks you can save for offline.
Do I pay again for the app?
No. One account and one plan cover all your devices. The download itself is free, and the plans are here.
How do I save tracks for offline?
In the app, open Library, then the Offline tab, and pick what you want to keep.
Why does Windows show a blue box?
Windows shows it for apps without a paid Microsoft-recognised signature, and Hum’s doesn’t have one yet. Click More info, then Run anyway.
Why does Android ask for permission?
Android asks whenever an app comes from a website and not from the Play Store. Allow it once for your browser and you’re done.
